Oregon Permit Prep helps learners study for the Oregon DMV Knowledge Test. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and how to contact us.
Information We Collect
- Account information, including email address, username, selected state, and Supabase user ID.
- Learning progress, including quiz attempts, scores, passed sections, practice-test completion, and game progress.
- Friend and leaderboard information when you use invite links or friend requests, including usernames, friend-request status, and leaderboard scores.
- Feedback you choose to send, including feedback type, app section, message, app version, page URL, language, screen size, and browser or device user-agent details.
- App usage events, including study views, quiz starts, quiz completions, arcade starts, sponsor impressions, sponsor clicks, stats views, and related app context.
- Local preferences stored on your device, including language, visual mode, audio setting, and cached progress for offline or faster loading.
How We Use Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To save and sync your study progress across sessions.
- To provide friend connections, invite links, and leaderboard features.
- To send requested completion or feedback-related email notifications.
- To review feedback, fix issues, improve lessons, and understand app usage.
- To maintain admin reporting for Oregon Permit Prep operations.
Tracking And Advertising
Oregon Permit Prep does not use third-party advertising SDKs and does not track users across apps or websites owned by other companies. The app may record sponsor impressions and sponsor link clicks inside Oregon Permit Prep for internal reporting and sponsor placement measurement.
Service Providers
Oregon Permit Prep uses Supabase for authentication, database, and backend functions. The app may use Resend for transactional email delivery, such as completion emails and feedback notifications.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate the app, comply with legal obligations, protect the app, or respond to user support requests.
Children
Oregon Permit Prep is intended for people preparing for a driver knowledge test. If a parent or guardian believes a child provided information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review or delete it.
Your Choices
You can stop using social features by not sending or accepting friend requests. You can request account or data deletion by following the steps on the Oregon Permit Prep Account Deletion page.
