How To Request Deletion

To request deletion of your Oregon Permit Prep account and associated app data, email Bigfoot Technology LLC at Info@bigfoottech.org using the email address connected to your Oregon Permit Prep account.

What To Include

• Your Oregon Permit Prep account email address.
• Your username or display name, if you created one.
• A short note saying you want your Oregon Permit Prep account deleted.

What We Delete

We will delete or anonymize account records, saved study progress, quiz history, game progress, friend and leaderboard records, feedback tied to your account, and related app usage records where deletion is technically and legally available.

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited records when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or backup recovery. Retained records are limited to the purpose that requires retention.

Timing

We aim to review deletion requests promptly and complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days after verifying the request.
